It is both affordable and convenient. Of course like most strategically placed condominiums traffic congested can be a problem – especially during peak hours. During times like these walking is much faster. Or you can always take the LRT. This will save you a lot of time.
Another downside is the low-cost building beside it which blocks the cityscape – depending on where your unit is located. But overall, Seri Maya is considered a good buy.
